Delete your Forme account
In the app, open Profile → Delete my account. Confirming permanently deletes your Forme account, closet, scans, outfit history and photos. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, email Request account deletion
Send the request from the email address on your Forme account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion. Do not send identity documents unless support specifically asks through a secure method.
Delete scan data only
Open Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my scan data. This removes scan photos and derived measurements while keeping your account and closet.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent renewal.
Response
Forme will acknowledge support and privacy requests as soon as reasonably possible and handle applicable privacy requests within the period required by law.
