These terms apply when you create an account or use Forme.
Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and use Forme only for lawful, personal purposes.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Huzaifa bin Saad a limited permission to host, copy and process it only as needed to operate Forme, provide requested features, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. Upload only content you own or have permission to use.
AI guidance
Appearance and outfit guidance is generated with automated systems and may be incomplete or wrong. It is general information, not medical diagnosis, treatment or professional advice. Use your judgment before acting on it.
Subscriptions
Forme Plus is purchased through Apple or Google. The store shows the price, billing interval and any offer before purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal and continues to provide access through the paid period, subject to store rules. Manage or cancel it in your store settings. Deleting your Forme account does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not access another person’s account or content, interfere with the service, bypass limits, upload illegal or harmful material, misuse generated content or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.
Availability and termination
Features may change as Forme improves. Access may be suspended for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance. You may stop using Forme and delete your account at any time.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forme is provided without a guarantee that every recommendation, generated result or feature will always be accurate or available. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, while preserving mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
